If the last tool selected is T1, the LCD Move Axis for Extruder (T0) moves T1 instead. Move Axis for Extruder2 also moves T1.
There doesn't appear to be a way to select T0 from the LCD panel so unless a command can be issued via USB, the only choice is to power cycle the printer.
This problem still exists in Marlin 18.104.22.168

@b-morgan 126.96.36.199 has the option for extruder 1 and 2 via GLCD
