Marlin problem with dual extruder v2

If the last tool selected is T1, the LCD Move Axis for Extruder (T0) moves T1 instead. Move Axis for Extruder2 also moves T1.

There doesn't appear to be a way to select T0 from the LCD panel so unless a command can be issued via USB, the only choice is to power cycle the printer.

@b-morgan has the option for extruder 1 and 2 via GLCD

Double checking, it looks to be present there as well. Going to close this one out
