@nathan,

It seems like he will need to clear cache. I would also ask him for a logfile.

@alexei can you post the default file path win 7 installs to for the customer to delete?

@karrad , I don't know exact paths for WIN7. Probably @Yahuba or @tranter could help?

On Windows the profiles are stored in:

\Program Files (x86)/cura-lulzbot 2.6
\Program Files/cura-lulzbot 2.6
\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\cura-lulzbot
\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\cura-lulzbot

Where <username> is the user name you logged in under. You will normally only see one of the first two folders, depending on whether you are running the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows.

The log file is normally found in \Users\<username>\AppData\Local\cura-lulzbot\2.6\cura-lulzbot.log

Would those file paths be the same/similar in Windows 10?

Yes, they are the same paths.

@TyTh @Bobby4wd Have you heard back from the customer on this if it helped the issue?

I have messaged the customer again and will update if we hear anything back

The customer came back and said that clearing the cache worked for a second but it went back to empty on all computers. He tried again and nothing. He then added a new machine through Cura, and all the profiles populated.

@TyTh Good to hear! When you clear the cache, it erases everything and adding a new machine will be required. This should be the last time it is required!
