The "initial print" for V3 owners is the impossible gear. When you load it, it has the SU301C being printed at 60, which is far too fast. And the Polylite at 20. This speed for the support material will cause stripping issues for customers. ( I have experienced this)
I recommend slowing the support speed to 30 or below. There is no reason for a customers first print to have to print at that high of a speed. In my testing I have found that with all of my prints, having a slower support material speed enables the printer to have a successful print.
