Taz 5 Start and End Gcodes
Open, NormalPublic

I was doing some printing with the Taz 5 and noticed the end g-code turns the bed off at the end of the print instead of setting it to the part removal temperature.

Also the bed temperature at the beginning of the print first gets set to the material_bed_temperature and then later material_bed_temperature_layer_0. I think these should both be material_bed_temperature_layer_0 to ensure the bed doesn't change temperatures up and down before the print starts if the first layer bed temperature is set different than the rest of the print.

@zachah The TAZ 5 did not use that functionality at first, as we added that in with the Mini printer after release. By updating this it will change the way customers are used to having their printer operate. Are you getting this request from customers often? Do you feel it is worth the change in expected UX from a confusion stand point?
