x-belt rubbing on tensioner

Description

The quiver I'm putting together has the x-belt rubbing on the tensioner.

It also seems to be rubbing on the front of the idler. I think it is because the Idler bolt is not sitting straight in the idler. @west is there some means for adjustment or something to check for if this is happening?

No as it would add extra hardware, weak points in the printed part and complexity. You can however move the belt on the right side of the x carriage forward or backward accordingly

Wait... no to what?

Sounds like there is a means for adjustment, via the x belt clamp. I'll give that a shot and see if it makes a difference.

No there isnt on the idler end of things

We looked at the model and there is 5.5mm diameter hole in the model and the OD of the threads is about 4.95 so there may be a little clearance that is allowing the bolt to sit at an angle which could explain the walking.

The possible solution @kent and I came to was reducing the hole dia to 5.25 with the abs shrink should be a snug fit and reduce any play
