Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

On every quiver I have ran so far I have noticed when the printer goes to probe the front right bed corner the tool head will actually run into and skip off the frame.

It doesn't happen on my printer. If you want, drop off the affected printer and I can take a look at it, but it sounds like your hardware is different than the one the FW was designed for.

The cable clamp is what runs into the x idler. We are getting some off the shelf parts that may fix it. If we dont end up using the off the shelf parts then we can adjust the cable clamp to hold the cables closer to the motor

T4864 seens to alleviate the problem. The changes made in this branch are more as a precaution now. There is a pocket in the x idler that allows some space for the cables and there is a slot in the self aligner housing to hide the z seam for easier bearing insertion

This is now merged to master. @west FYI, the part didn't have a rev number up so I committed that change in master after the merge.
