first layer lifting

Noticed first layer lifting on all materials I have tried thus far:

I have tried different speeds, cooling fan settings, hot end settings, heat bed settings, all to no avail.
This issue is persistent.

Running local build of 3.6.1 generated yesterday afternoon, started on a freshly cleared cache.

Perhaps a factor contributing to issues here is inability to obtain consistent results from offsets. Which is caused (in part) by T4646

Have you verified the heated bed is actually achieving the target temp?

Not yet.
Do you think the bed being currently dome shaped could contribute to this?

With the flir I was getting readings at or a few degrees above target

hmm dang. Is the PEI matte side up?

Yeah it isn't sheeny on top

tried swapping beds?

Profiles need work and I have been slow to get out a confirmed profile, Ill let you know if I can improve this through settings and Ill get it to you to test in comparison asap.

@logan, Did you document all the different settings you tried? or better yet, did you export your test profiles?

@anolen For the time being I am working towards eliminating offset issues working with one material. ABS with 1-2% fan speed and a good squish is the best I've got so far regarding adhesion so while that is acceptable I'm trying to nail down offsets. After I remove the dome effect from the bed and re-calibrate Z-offset I will try PLA and other mats again.

Resolving T4874 seemed to help also
