Based on the testing I recommend the HD-MS0531 Scotch-Brite, Light Cleansing Pad, 7445B treated with a solution of RM-PV0008 Polydissolve S1, White. We will need a part number with these two parts on the BOM. @DaniAO can you make a part number for this?

We will need a part number for the pack for the toolkit

@anolen how many square millimeters is the HD-MS0531 that we tested?

@kent 6 in by 9 in, so 152.4mm by 228.6mm per sheet.

@kent, I am not sure if we can get this in any different size to accommodate the cutting of it.

@kent we will then have to make a whole new tool kit if the wiper pads change just for quiver...

I want to make sure this wiper pad has been approved before I create part numbers for it. getting the feeling it's not at the moment. Is this something that can be moved to the beta phase or do we need to have the answer today?

@DaniAO per my understanding from testing the regular felt pad is not going to work for Quiver. Out current best working choices are the white scotch bright pad with or without being soaked in Polydissolve. So, either way it will need to be a different tool kit unless we update Mini 2 and TAZ 6 to this new pad.

I will work on creating a new tool kit for Quiver.

I am not sure about creating the PVA dipped pad part number until THAT has been confirmed.

Ok we will build Betas with the original ABS treated felt pad since this ticket didn't get resolved before the tag. Hopefully we can figure something else out before the production release, otherwise we will be using the original ABS treated felt pad in production as well.

We can use the non treated scotch brite..

I hesitate to make a WHOLE new tool bag for quiver. We changed the TAZ 6 bag to match the Mini 2 just for ease in production., but if it's determined to be what we need to do, then I guess we have no choice.

@kent I am only seeing AS-PR0023 and the AS-PK0010 in the universal tool kit. I don't see if any where else on the BoM. I am thinking AS-PR0124 is where is should go with the wiper mount.. correct?

We can then add HD-MS0531 Scotch-Brite.

[AS-PR0153] Treated Wiper Pad, 25 x 90mm, Standard Mount is the new part number. Will get this updated on the BoM.

This has been added to the bom as well as the USB stick.

Just need to add the 5 pack to the universal tool kit with will be done in change order CO0037.

Ready for review.
