I dont see any issue with running them through cosmetic. The board mount areas dont seem to be slanted so I think we are good to go

@west we will need to adjust the height of this part. I tested the batch against filament sensor that in NCMR for rubbing on the circuit and had a variance of height from 9.98 to 10.48 in my sample. They were all still rubbing on the circuit; however, the 10.48 was rubbing the least on the part. Currently the height is 10mm, we typically see a variance of +-0.35mm in printed parts, I think if we adjust the height to 10.5 we would have a higher passing rate of these parts.

Additionally we may need to adjust the covers if this part gets too much taller though.

@west My apologies for not being more clear in earlier messages. The circuit mounting posts need the height adjustment, not the mount. Essentially where inserts are placed will need to be raised by 0.5 mm to allow the boards to clear the filament wheels.

So that dimension needs to be 6.5mm?

I've updated the 1.3 stl to have a 10mm overall thickness and the mounts 6.5mm

@west This version seems to work great so far from the 6 I have tested across the 2 NCMR filament sensors exhibiting this issue. One thing I noticed is the chamfered holes for the inserts appeared to bubble out in version changes causing a little more bloom and resistance when inserting the part. I think if we touch up those insert holes this should resolve the issue.

@EricNugent I changed the chamfer to a fillit for the insert holes in that iteration. I changed them back so I imagine that would fix the bloom issues since that was the only thing changed about that feature. Updated the v1.3 stl
