adam triaged this task as High priority.

@adam do you have a final spec sheet, etc. we should look at in prep for sign off?

@Hob here is the spec sheet:
I will post any changes agreed upon in this ticket and then will need everyone to note their agreement to move forward in this ticket so we have timestamped approval.

Thanks Adam. sounds like minor issues that can be reviewed/decided at the meeting.

In the interest of coming prepared, the issues being reviewed will be T6639, T6541, T6540, T6699, and T6700. I expect that only T6639 will take much time as the other tickets already have answers that we can move forward with.

@adam T6699 is something that will have to happen and doesnt need voting on... it is in progress

summary of decisions:

  • calibration cube stays the same as quiver - backlash compensation available for single; automated offset calculation will not work on dual v3 (we will continue with offsets coded into curaLE)
  • tie downs will be offered as an optional accessory kit pursuant to CRADA feedback from the Navy on what they need from them
  • y axis thumb screw tethers we will move forward with the ninjaflex prints - if feedback from beta is bad we will look into shoulder screws
  • feed tube will be cut to the same length as quiver to minimize extra length
  • inclusion of a feed tube clip on the tool head (black)

Please comment with your approval so we can move into the combined alpha/beta stage

@adam can we add the removal of the unused wiper pad. Other than that, you have the sign off from me.

Approved as noted.

I think Eric brought up a valid point yesterday, so, once unused wiper pad is removed, I approve.

Approved if we add in a little (requires adapter) to the dual extruder v3 tool head under the compatible add-ons in the final draft of the spec sheet.

Full approval: once the wiper pad edit is pushed to the repo and the R&D prototype is updated we can deliver to MER for OHAI and MBOM
