For this slice request, does the 4X represent how many total of these we're needing?

Or is that indicating that we want 4 of these printing on the bed at once?

Parts have hardware/inserts installed. Next installing and testing them.

Just a note: new parts with bushings installed still have some drag (far less than previous) so will probably still require broaching. Not an issue, just an observation.

@david.hall only if it doesnt pass the force gauge. how much drag are you seeing?

This morning the re-slice did not pass the force gauge, but it was the first parts, so we will see what comes next.

Tested the parts on the force gauge and they measured between 4.5-22. I was told 16 is the limit so only one of those would need broached out of that batch

installed one on Quiver1 and am running the burn in test a couple times with the new part

@zachah any updates?

I haven't seen any issues with this so far. The burn in tests completed just fine. The parts look to hold onto the bushings just fine once the retaining screws are tightened.

From what I can tell there isn't any increase in drag compared to the previous versions either.

I've just started printing another round of this g-code to make sure the prints come out consistently across different printers.

So far this looks like it should be good to push.
