Resume print twice
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Say my printer has a filament runout error. It pauses the print and then lets the nozzles cool down.

Later, I hit menu -> resume print. It heats the nozzles back up to printing temp, but now it says printer paused. I need to hit menu -> resume print again in order to get the printer to resume the print.

I'm not sure if this is intentional, or that the user should only have to hit resume print once. After the nozzles heat back up it should resume the print without further input.

This is "intentional" in the sense that if there was a reprapdiscount display connected, it would have asked you to press the button again to resume printing. But the way this is done in Marlin, it isn't quite compatible with our new color display. I thought I had found a work around, but apparently I did not.
