@kent @bowman any thoughts on these? We need to get these worked up before we go into full production.

kent added a comment.May 30 2019, 7:19 AM

I think they are going to look really similar to the Pro QA checksheets, but I don't have any updates as far as completing them. I have a stack of red lines for Pro which I am hoping to get to this week.

@kent I am going to start calibrating workhorses. What is the status on the QC sheets?

@MikeR they are on the T7435 branch you can check them out if you do git checkout T7435.

@adam these are ready for review, if they look good we can merge this in and close the ticket.

@MikeR @logan @cmerot can you look these QA sheets over and let me know if they are good to proceed with or if we need to make some changes?

Ill take a look.

@kent @adam full review below

Y Axis:

#1: There are no loose screws.
#4: All the screws on the bearing holders are not loose.

Why the redundancy?

Tool head:

Filament feeds into the extruder and through the heat sink to the nozzles freely.

Only one nozzle here.

The zip ties are placed according to the OHAI.

No zip ties on this tool head

May want to add something about the spool arm and feed tube holder being at the correct height and tight here rather than in final QA

The X and Y axis have been checked for squareness.

I would reword to say "The Y-Axis is square to the printer frame"

There caution hot sticker is on the back of the x-carriage.

@adam is there a caution hot sticker on the rear of the X carriage? that hasn't been brought up yet AFAIK so isn't on OHAI

The cable connectors fully engaged and oriented correctly.

reword to "All of the cable connectors are fully engaged and oriented correctly"

CB Assembly:

The PS is oriented with the screw terminals toward the bottom of the case.

This isn't necessary, due to the RAMBo standoffs it cant be installed upside down.

The zip ties orientation has been inspected.

What does this mean? I don't think this needs to be here.

The LCD bezel is flush on the control box.

This should be removed, there is nothing about the LCD bezel to consider "flush" as there are gaps all around and the bezel rests above the surface of the sheet metal.

The harnesses and chains are routed with no pinched wires or rubbing.

No chains. rubbing should be removed also, not sure what they're not supposed to be rubbing on or what this means for a CB assembly really.
Should include something about the Y-Cable Mount being zip-tied to the bed harnesses according to OHAI.

The usb cable plugs into the electronics case on the back with no interference.

Never had an issue here, the sheet metal provides ample room so I think this should be removed.

The calibration procedure on the touchscreen works as intended.

The usb shroud meets the workmanship standard.

Offsets should be removed, we should record the backlash measurements from the auto-calibration, even though it isn't utilized for test prints or set up properly in print profiles it will still be good data to have.

The certification sticker free of air bubbles, debris, and is parallel with the edge of the case.

This one is going on the interconnect housing due to the dual extruder connector. (Going to make it easy for customers to swap serials on us)

Here are versions with updates based on @logan feedback. @bowman @wolffchadd if you have any additional feedback, post it here please.

Edit: quiver -> redgum files

@logan the DC-LB0154 is not included on the redgum BOM, but it will need to be added to final assembly the same as quiver. it should stick to the x carriage in the same place as on quiver.
I have added the caution hot sticker to the OCA BOM.
@jperry @sherylb please note that use of DC-LB0154 will go up with the introduction of redgum to production.

So is this still two of them like for quiver? or one? What location on the cover exactly?

@bowman @wolffchadd please review the above QA records that @kent posted so we can get this completed

@bowman @cmerot Production is asking about these. Please review so that we can get them merged to master and released to production. Thank you

logan reassigned this task from bowman to Steven.

QA records have been updated according to feedback from our meeting. The formatting is iffy on some of them; the check boxes on the right may not perfectly line up with the lines on the left. I can't figure out how to fix that despite asking everyone I saw, so if you have any ideas have at it.

Packing list correction noted on T8545 is included on this branch
