cables improper in interconnect housing
Closed, ResolvedPublic

We received the Workhorse chassis today, when I pulled one out to mount it I found that the cables were not seated properly in the interconnect housing.
First one I found, after the cover was removed:

The Y Min Endstop connector should be inside the interconnect housing, as described and photographed on the OHAI.
All other cables heatshrink should be within their respective slots on the interconnect housing.
Here are a few more examples I found while doing a brief inspection of the other units received:

@guadalupe Please ensure your assemblers are following the OHAI, as it stands it is correct. Every interconnect housing we have, the loom, heatshrink, or panduit should always be inside the interconnnect housing. The only exception to this is the Z-Max connector for Pro and Workhorse.

@guadalupe In the first photo, second connector from the left, you can see the green wire has been pinched also. No wires should be pinched when the interconnect cover is installed.

@guadalupe Please make sure EVERYONE is reading/using/understands the Ohai instructions!

I have spoken to @guadalupe over the phone regarding these issues, and she has received some clarification from @west also regarding some of the upper cables.
Going to close this out, as processes and clarification are in place so this shouldn't be an issue going forward.
