Cura LE 3.6.13

The bed temps still seem to high. I don't have it in front of me, but I think the initial is set to 70c then 60c for the build and 45c for the removal.

These high temps cause rippling on the first layer and cause it to "melt into" itself too much. For example, I was printing a multi-color soap dish I made that has a flat bottom and the first layer rippled pretty badly. I triple-checked my z-offset and it was fine, so I lowered the initial temp to 55 and the build temp to 50 and left removal temp at 45 and the first layer was awesome. And even at 55/50 it adhered nicely and at the same time was not a bear to remove.

The other thing I have noticed is when printing 3DBenchy for example, you get a better result with lower bed temps and the front of the hull is better. Also, for things like 3DBenchy that have printing embedded in the first layer on the bottom, it simply melts away with these high temps.

The higher bed temps seem to cause more curling of edges as well and more curling on sloped items (like the 3DBenchy hull) in addition to rippling effect.

@bmh ahh thank you for the verification! We have included the lower bed temperature in 3.6.15. The polymaker pla bed temp is set to 45c.

We plan to push this to the main cura page soon, but you can find it right here for now: http://devel.lulzbot.com/software/cura-lulzbot/
