We will likely want to contact E3d and ask about having the hardened steel nozzled cleaned prior to hot tightening.
The black coating on the nozzles is affecting conductivity. which will affect probing accuracy and nozzle offset accuracy.
With a nickel plated copper nozzle i am getting 0.5 ohms between the threads and any other point on the nozzle
With the hardened steel nozzle i am getting anywhere from 1-2 ohms to over 3k ohms between the threads and any other point on the nozzle.
Having these cleaned will greatly improve reliability of the probe and auto calibration functions
