@logan here are some more part numbers for the Bom
(also some in the post above)

@DaniAO Safety warning sheet has been set up and a blue version of the LulzBot logo is ready for use to put on QA and packing sheets. Both are attached.

@DRobertson I don't think its the Bio 3D printer.. but @eBeardslee can you clarify the name.

@Steven will you reveiw the safety sheet and let us know if we need to update anything?

@DRobertson @DaniAO I say we just stick with LulzBot Bio.

@DRobertson can you please update the document to refer to it as a Bio printer, and not a Bio 3d printer?

@DRobertson can you please update the safety warning sheet to just read Bio printer?

Also we need an updated Save your packaging sticker.

Is the blue logo okay to use on the packing list and EC? Or do I have to have two different version like the LB green one?

@logan I forgot to tag the ticket, but the QA and the packing list are in the repo under T9900. I think the packing list is good, but please review. We may not know until we pack a full printer.

QA will need some work.

Thank you!

@Dani, new files are attached. I think blue logo across the board for a uniform experience is the best way to go where the packing list and EC are concerned.

@DRobertson thank you!

Kim- artwork is linked in DC-LB0198- Save your packaging. Please proceed with ordering.

@kim sorry I didn't actually get you tagged.

artwork is linked in DC-LB0198- Save your packaging. Please proceed with ordering.

@DRobertson on the safety sheet we need something that covers the needle.\\

Please and thank you

@DaniAO Idk if the glass syringe is considered part of the tool kit even though it doesn't go inside it, but I think we should have a checkbox for it on the Packing List.
Otherwise that one looks good.

QA Record:
E0 steps/mm incorrect, should be: 9448.8
no sure what z endstop offset should be filled with as we wont be doing z offset calibration AFAIK

general section:
No spool arm
No PEI sheet

x axis:
check 5: no tensioning collars on Bio X axis; this can be removed.

remove extruder section entirely and replace with syringe pump
check would be "Does the Syringe Pump Carriage move the full length of travel?"

no LCD knob
no FW checksum

no heatsink fan
no extrusion fan
no nozzle temperature
syringe pump control vs extruder
selecting level x axis should be "during plunger re-home and auto-level routine"
no probing
no wipe sequence
no z offset calibration
no bed leveling function
no octo test print (remove yeoldebrian CC by SA comment at bottom also)

@logan its on the tool kit bom right now.. but there is a lot on there that isn't going to fit into the bag.. something we will have to look at once everything is in house.

Both have been updated @logan please review

I am not sure what you meant by " selecting level x axis should be "during plunger re-home and auto-level routine" "

Also should something be noted about wiping it the white frame down?

I've updated the warning sheet to include sharps. I couldn't find any standardized messaging, so if something is missing, please let me know and I will amend the copy right away. Doc is attached.

@DRobertson thank you! looks good. @Steven thoughts?

On QA record:
Remove far right column of table; no z-offset calibration on Bio

Probably would be a good idea to include something about wiping down the frame if that is something we want to do, but with what, how, and at which stage in the assembly will need to be determined and documented.

selecting level x axis should be "during plunger re-home and auto-level routine

This is because when the machine is powered on, the user is asked if they would like to home, and then prompted again asking if they would like the Syringe Pump moved to the loading position and auto level.
I do not see an option to independently level the x axis through the LCD, so this takes place at machine start up, triggered by those prompts.

So that line would read something like:

Verify that both carriages touch the Z-motor mounts during plunger re-home and leveling routine.

Verify that both carriages touch the Z-motor mounts during start-up leveling routine.

@oliver we need to get the following added to the OHAI/BOM. Can you please let me know which assembly you would like them to go in?
DC-LB0202- Bio certification sticker

DC-LB0203- Bio "Fresh" sticker

DC-LB0204- Bio Caution sticker _ this goes along the back of the electronic case that warns customers not to open it

@DaniAO Here is the information that you were requesting.

DC-LB0202 will go on during calibration (AS-PR0177),

DC-LB0204 will go on during the control box assembly (AS-PR0171) and will replace DC-LB0153

DC-LB0203 will go on during packaging

@oliver thank you for that info.

The boms have been updated.
