With boxes in the process already, I am closing this ticket.
I can confirm that we do not have an up to date tool head with clean nozzles for photo. If we can get one to the studio I can take the needed shots and get these labels completed.
Photos have been taken and product page is up. Closing ticket.
@adam pointed out that the tool head we have for the pro is not an up to date version (I believe the cable channels are an old version). I don't think we have an updated version of the tool head in creative with clean nozzles. If we could get one in I can get the product photos and product label updated to the latest iteration of the tool head.

I'll have to get my hands on a final product to take updated pictures of. I'm not sure if we have any final pro tool heads in creative right now.
Sep 23 2019
I've updated the warning sheet to include sharps. I couldn't find any standardized messaging, so if something is missing, please let me know and I will amend the copy right away. Doc is attached.
Sep 19 2019
@Dani, new files are attached. I think blue logo across the board for a uniform experience is the best way to go where the packing list and EC are concerned.
Sep 9 2019
PolyBox photos are prepped and ready for the website. Images are attached and links to their home can be provided upon request.
Sep 6 2019
@DaniAO Safety warning sheet has been set up and a blue version of the LulzBot logo is ready for use to put on QA and packing sheets. Both are attached.
File has been updated to read 6A and is attached.

@DaniAO Color looks like a good match (though it's always good to check in person against the Pantone book) but it looks like some of the shapes got a stroke put around them at some point. If you look at the I and the shapes at the center of the O they're too large like a stroke was added to them at some point. The original art is attached for reference.
Artwork and bag placement for the current tool bag are attached.

@Orias Good catch, thank you! I've got the front and back stickers attached. If there are no further changes I'll move them to the ready folder as individual files.
Not a problem, thank you guys. Up to date files are attached. Everything is still in the same spot here:
Sounds good, I've got the files updated and attached. Just to confirm, do front and back labels have the same part number now? I haven't seen that with past labels. Let me know if there are any changes. Otherwise I like the labels and copy and thing they're good to go.
@karrad That's correct, I'll go ahead and close this. This toolhead will be covered with a link in the TAZ Pro and Mini 2 tool head swap OHAIs as well as the upcoming TAZ Workhorse tool head swap OHAI.
That sounds great and fits well. @DaniAO we just need label numbers and these will be all set!
@karrad You have one on the second floor, correct? Do you have one boxed up or still have a box in good condition that we can use as well? If so we can get it down to the studio and shot over the next few days.
@karrad @Orias Could I get some feedback on this OHAI? Like I said, it's my first and I want to make sure it's up to snuff before moving it from drafts. I also want to add a link to the HE tool head as a compatible tool head once that product page is up.

Photos are prepped and ready for use for this product. Images are attached. If anyone needs the location where the files live let me know.
Aug 15 2019
That works for me. Updated labels are attached.
TAZ Pro retail label design is all set up. We just need label numbers, OSHW cert number, and a once over on the copy and this label will be all set. Drafts are attached.
Photos have been taken and prepped. As this is a public ticket, let me know if you need the location of images and I will provide them.
That sounds good to me. I've got the updated file attached. I didn't see any good spots to add in carbon fiber without it sounding clumsy, but if someone else does, post it up here and I'll get it in. Thanks for the help and edits, everyone!
Aug 14 2019
Sounds good, I've got the adjusted file attached.
First draft of label is ready for review:
Aug 13 2019
Initial photos have been prepped for the enclosures. As this is a public ticket and a fair number of pictures I will provide the file path upon request.
Aug 12 2019
@DaniAO It is in progress. I'll move it to high priority and have a design ready for review tomorrow.
Aug 9 2019
@DaniAO we've got the assembled enclosure and printed corners in the studio but didn't receive longer corner screws to attach the printed corners to the frame. Would it be possible to get some of those screws so that we can set up the enclosure and take pics?
Aug 7 2019
@DaniAO I've had some breathing room to get caught up on tickets and will be working on this tool head label this week. Will the box and label size be the same as previous dual extruder labels?
@cathryn When you have a chance, I just need some flavor copy for the front and back labels on this tool head. See the existing tool head box stickers for an idea of the type and length of copy:
When we have OSHW cert #, UPC, and front and back label #s, post here and I'll put them in. I have received the tool head and will have a draft ready of front and back labels today.
I've used a tool head that we have on hand from one of the printers to take some photos for the tool head. The current product shots are located here:
Awesome, thank you!
Aug 6 2019
@adam The only HE tool head we have down here has a really gunky nozzle and one of the old stickers that shows HS. Would it be possible to get a fresh one with all included contents to creative for photos? It will b used for product photos as well as for forthcoming Workhorse Tool Head swap OHAI.
Aug 5 2019
Tool bag photos have been prepped and are ready for use. Files are located here:
@adam @Orias @DaniAO @karrad What would everyone think about setting up a single OHAI for each printer that references all tool heads that use the universal tool head mounting system (like I'm setting up for the Pro)?
Aug 2 2019
I have a workhorse plaque that more explicitly calls out measurements attached.
This is my first OHAI but I think I understand most of it. I'm not clear of exactly where I should be putting in the last edited date and my name as the editor, but besides that I've got a good handle on the OHAI process now. I based the steps off of the TAZ 6 Aerostruder install OHAI. Let me know if there are any changes or clarifications to keep a consistent style across all OHAI's. Guide is located in drafts here:

The attached image might fit in a little better. See what you think:
Jul 23 2019
I agree, we're all set.
Jul 17 2019
After feedback in the creative meeting today this version has been settled on:
Jul 16 2019
After some critique we have a few updated versions to look at. All three versions are attached.
Jul 15 2019
This ticket is doubled up with T8204. Marking as resolved and continuing work there.
@jperry I am passing ownership of this to you for the time being since artwork is complete.
The first draft of the LulzBot Bio box artwork is attached. I want to keep this design more simplified than some of our previous box art to appeal more to the core audience that this printer is being marketed to and evoke the look of the printer itself.

New accessory photo showing new universal tool heads is located here sized and ready for use:
Jul 10 2019
Yeah, it will actually probably be easier that way. There were a ton of problems getting the full file to the printer correctly, so just having their artist remove the numbers on their end while we remove the numbers on our end would actually be easier than removing the whole thing and adjusting all of the logos. It should be cheaper too if they don't have to completely remake the plate and can just mask out the numbers instead. I'll get the numbers take off of our file now. Who's responsible for contacting the vendor?
@adam I was looking over the printer boxes and realized that the existing boxes that we're currently using with TAZ Pro have an OSHW cert number for Pro on them. Would you like that removed completely so that we can continue using those boxes for all TAZ printers?
Jul 8 2019
@adam We haven't seen any problems with PLA stripping out in the Workhorse we have at the studio. Maybe it has something to do with starting too close to the bed and filament getting backed up? I had to adjust the Z-Offset away from the bed quite a bit on the first prints. I'm not sure what the knowledge base of the resellers is but they may not be looking for that when first using the printers.

After some additional testing I've found that the corners of the opener (Black PC-MAX) can break off a bit. The model is still functional but not an ideal experience. I've modified the part to have a narrower hook that should fit more comfortably under a bottle cap. The latest version is attached.
File path has been sent via email.
Jun 28 2019
I have a few thoughts on this:
Sticker has been updated and is attached. I will provide file location upon request.
PC-Max that we have had open for maybe over a year came out great and feels incredibly strong. I've bent a metal spoon with ease (because there is no spoon!?) so repeated bottle caps shouldn't stand a chance. I'll do more extensive testing over the weekend.
I am also running a PC-Max print currently, I tweaked the model to be sized down and use a bit less filament as well. Honestly though the PLA version by itself is pretty strong, my only concern would be repeated use and the tip of the tentacle getting scratched off over time. Latest version is attached.
Jun 26 2019
Octopus themed bottle opener is complete. I have not had a chance to test on a bottle yet but the initial test print feels strong enough and is sized the same as the above linked bottle opener. File is attached.
Jun 18 2019
@west Thanks for pointing that out. It appears that that change wasn't updated in the Mini 2 artwork. Bio artwork has been updated and the latest version is attached.
Asset Tags are 3"x2.5" and FRESH Certified Stickers are 1.875"x0.5". Both are outlined and attached as PDFs, and I can direct you to other file types if needed.
Jun 17 2019
Yes they are.
@west If you're looking at the source folder imprints, they don't have a registered mark because those files are for vinyls to mock up the design on the chassis that was supplied to us. Imprints for screen printing and Fresh Certified sticker design are attached.

Artwork is attached:
Jun 13 2019
Photos are located here:
Designs are all complete. I just need to know a final decision on if we're using stickers for any of the elements on the printer.

The UL Cert sticker has been updated with 6A and is located here:
Jun 6 2019
@DaniAO I've got the wiper pads for this. Are the complete contents on the current BOM? I want to make sure that I have everything before I start taking pics of it.
I thing using current pictures will work just fine. Closing the ticket.
May 29 2019
UL setup instructions are attached. Take a look at this and let me know if there are any questions or changes.
May 23 2019
I am not able to edit the website, moving ownership back to @eBeardslee.
Files have been corrected. Up to date files are located here:
A 2" x 4" sticker has been set up and is ready for review. Can someone confirm that this sizing will fit on the interconnect cover? I am currently working remote and can't confirm at the moment.
May 15 2019
I do have that toolkit and it looks complete. Based on my current work load I should be able to get to these product shots early next week.
I think this file looks great. PLA sounds good as well. Let's do it.
