@oliver how many is related to vendor issues and how many are related to improper handling? If it's more on us, then we need to determine better handling methods in house.
@Galadriel 20-25 total? Between which machines?
PP-IS0120 -Syringe Pump Mount, v2, with insert, Kangaroo Paw
PP-IS0121- Syringe Pump Cover, v2, with inserts, Kangaroo Paw
PP-IS0122 -LCD case with inserts, Kangaroo Paw
PP-IS0023-LCD center, Kangaroo Paw
Do you have the part number for the M3 insert? I will set up BoM's too
@tutley these only have inserts correct? no other hardware?
Thank you for that info. I don't have a ticket for the other issue, but will create one.
We have a change order in progress to update this and ALL the other things already https://code.alephobjects.com/T8472

This was done both for the Pro and the WE as we are changing the version so often at the moment.
Going to close this one down as it seems resolved.
@Bobby4wd we don't sell just nozzles- as this would void any warranty on the hotend. You can direct them the E3D to purchase though.

Okay will work on getting this change order reopened then.
I just manage them.. and when it was first brought to me it sound like a change order. I am okay with not doing one if we don't have too.. just trying to make sure all things are covered.
@kent @Jperry- do we have a drawing already for the new part? if so where is it stored?
I have these screws on my desk for when we go to build Alphas. We will build one up with the stainless steel and the rest with black.
@EricNugent being that the orientation of the part with that cosmetic defect is down and very close to to the frame, I don't see any issue with this. We will just have to make it clear to assembler and cluster that this is a passable part.
Thoughts on this?

Requested lead time on a sample

lol good question. I don't at the moment but can look at it when I have a moment.
Good to hear! @jperry is working on one more option and we will go from there.
@eBeardslee do you have a TAZ Pro set up that is PLA/PLA? If so can you test these prints for me?
@west -there was a change open way back when and it was decided at that time to no move forward with it. It has been reopened to reconsider
@TyTh when it's being shipped out to the customer yes.

KT part number have the packing for parts to send out to the customer. If the part is going on a SO for an RMA or LRS that is being repair internally it is the AS- (or other internal that is not KT) as we don't need to waste the packaging in house.

@Greggb I don't think we can wait the 5 weeks for the blue screws, nor is the cost worth it.
@EricNugent have you been able to test this at all?
@tutley not that I am aware of
It is in the testing review phase
@sirah the link that was included is for the full tool head assembly.

sorry! It's been a day. Thank you for creating both. We will test both and see how they work.
@tutley yes please
@tutley can you please save the gcode here and we will run it on a few printers. If it's looking better over all we will take the next steps to get this pushed to calibration.
@marcio I have a beta that I ran the test on and it cycled through the test 3 times, and every time went from stress test 1 to stress test 3 and then would reset itself and start over. I can bring this one with me this morning if you would like
@tomc please set up the routes for this retail part.
Wed, Jul 10
But there will be a few more parts needed for retail for Pro and Redgum soon
This was agreed upon to leave as it
@jperry any update on these screws?
Tested with a different USB and all works.
@marcio will do!
There are nozzle changes as the printer levels the bed.. so yes
T8614 was created for that.
FYI- Just had the LCD freeze and printer keep heating while it was heating the bed to start a print.....
Might as well get the mini 2 # removed as well-- just since we use it for all the current Mini's
We stated using the tamper evident before UL, but I don't think it's required. The label material/specs itself has to be approved though.
We have gotten some samples and will discuss in marketing today
Okay, so it sounds like its the old version we are seeing this on.
Change filament > heat nozzle 1 up and then the LCD froze. Of course now that I am trying to recreate it I can't.. but we did have it happen on 2 separate machines- but both are betas.
We just did a change order on this part https://code.alephobjects.com/T7543

Wow.. @jperry can you send these photo to the supplier and update them on our findings. Also see if there are any other options?
@tutley how long did these soak before they started to lift? and they were soaked right? or were you spraying the stickers?
@tutley that is good info to have. But don't want to jump the gun placing orders for anything just yet. We would like to get quotes on all things and determine which would be more cost effective going forward.
@bowman before ordering please just get a quote on the machines. We are trying to see if it would be better to have Moons make them or make them in house. Having the cost will help us narrow this down.

flat bom in the repo for review.
@tutley going through the BoM I see that the Caution hot stick is to be removed from the back of the printer because the syringe pump isn't heated... but we probably need something for the bed from the back (thinking for UL).
@kim as discussed in the meeting, please gather pricing from moons on what these harness will cost, including the tariff
update drawing is in master if we want to try to get first articles
@Steven merge it in!
This has been released!
