We added the new wiper pads we had available to some of the printers in Tech Support. Some of them are a bit too low and the nozzle doesn't quite touch them, but the ones that do touch and wipe properly seem to leave less dust and residue in general compared to the other pads we have used.

Just started a print on a Taz 6 with the HS Toolhead equipped to it. Printing with ColorFabb PA-CF low warp filament. Print started at 50°C for the heat bed and clicking was consistent. I stopped the print, adjust the heat bed to 80°C and the clicking seems to have stopped. Just figured I'd put this here even though it is the HS Toolhead as this issue seems to be both Toolheads. We have had reports on the SL .25 Toolhead doing so as well.

@karrad Customer has verified that the progress bar is always full as soon as it starts printing, but not at first after a power cycle, and that he is printing from usb.

It is indeed the progress bar that is the issue.

@karrad Here is the full log as requested, the customer is going to have their IT guy come and try to print from an Admin user profile on the PC they are using to see if that helps. He also responded with this and was wondering if it could be related.

@karrad I just reached out to the customer as requested and gave him the link to the ticket so that he may add anything he feels we have missed. This way there is no communication error. If he responds directly to us then we will make sure to get you the information.

@karrad yes the X-axis locks up when doing "change filament" but does not re-home afterwards just tries to go back and print at a 5mm diagonal shift.
@karrad I'm not really sure, that isn't something I had tested. If you would like I can do so and get back to this thread with a result.
From what I could tell when it pauses off of Cura it checks the end stops when it goes to resume where as with the pause function on the LCD it does not test end stops before resuming. Not sure if this is the issue but it was a difference that stuck out to me.
