Tagging Tom so he knows which products to watch for coming in the door
This will be a rolling change then, right? Should we exhaust all older stock first or purge old stock? If purge, which part numbers exactly?
This part isn't attached to any BOM's for us to relate routes or reordering rules to. Can we please have this information?

I have tagged all relevant parties on the oldest MO for KT-CP0149 and requested an ETA for this assembly. We have 100 EL-HR0187 on hand and can build these as far as I can tell.
Aug 28 2019
So we got some of the EL-HR0187 built but because the cost of the item is zero, we cannot close any MO's for these. Please notify when fixed.
Aug 27 2019
The MR for this item has already been split into 5 20pc MO's

MO/83648 is in but we are having some issues getting the EL-HR0187 built. Stay tuned.
We now have two parts using Internal Reference number AS-CB0084; the valid one is Hibiscus LCD Harness Two, Mini 2. I suggest re-naming this new part since this harness is an existing one that is currently used on Mini 2. Will readdress after this occurs.

After consulting with @Kazkade, we would like to see drawings be sent to production teams prior to releasing MR's for them to build.
The team will need a length for this wire as well @DaniAO

This product is set up and ready to be produced.

Routing and reordering rules have been set up for the KT-CP0149 and a tentative procurement for 100 units. Also adjusted were the routing and reordering rules for EL-HR0186, EL-HR0187 and PP-IS0119. Should be good to run now once those components come in.

Going to plug the inital MR for 100 units. @MichaelM , please do not build full 100 units right away.
Would you like a procurement set up to have a batch of these built as well? If so, how many to start with?

We still want to set this up from Cluster->Presub, correct?

DC-MS0092, DC-MS0093, DC-MS0094 & AS-PK0040 have all been updated. Manufacturing request and first MO issued for AS-PK0040 as well.

You could ask Tom, or you could look it up yourself. Looks like 100pcs were delivered
Okay, that doesn't answer the question I asked though. Shall we go ahead and archive this assembly?
Should we go ahead and shut down and archive AS-PR0169? There's a significant chance that the ElectroMech team will build these in large sets at a time and have them sitting so it may be prudent to leave the assembly intact.
Per request by @cmerot, these parts (PP-GP0463, PP-GP0464) will be routed from Cluster to ElectroMech, and AS-PR0169 will be assembled and installed there.
PP-GP0464, PP-GP0465 and AS-PR0169 have all been updated in light of this information.

Thank you for clarifying.
This file is a quick identifier of parts that are shared between multiple printer lines, not including the mini.
Quick question: When we were launching the Taz Pro, we had asked multiple times if we could leave the 'PRO' in the description for the plastics components to reduce confusion about which components go to which printer line and were told that this creates extra complication for Product Planning. Am I understanding now that we will be including the 'Workhorse' portion of the product description for these items, and if so, what brought about this change? Additionally, can we please have the descriptions for the PRO items updated so that we (operators, pickers, etc) can easily identify what printer these go to? This will become a larger and larger issue for us down here without this change.
Okay, I have gone through the routing and reordering rules for each of these items and verified that they are correct. I didn't see any issues with the PC-CN0060 however, can you detail what you were seeing with it earlier?
Jun 13 2019
Okay, just making sure we understand what's happening with it.
If this component is consumable and not on prior BOM's, what are we changing that would require a COR? This tape is available for use but will never show an on hand quantity, much like clear packing tape anywhere else.

Routes and reordering rules have been built out.

The following products are not unique to Redgum (as shown in list?) and as such, their current routing will suffice:
Will start looking into this as soon as I finish transferring components to Toolhead/Backstock
AS-PR0156 done. The only button that wasn't selected on this product card was the 'Manufacturing Request' button.

These have been transferred in OCA directly to Marketing and physically placed on Kent's desk. Will need the excess labels returned to the front office when the project is complete.
