@DaniAO the feedback from the summit was specifically stated about the Workhorse and seconded by a couple other channel partners. In further discussion after that, it was mentioned that both the Mini 2 and Pro have experienced this as well.

@karrad our longest reseller requires 90 days for discontinuation. Should we go ahead and start the end of life process for these longer resellers now, or wait until those timeframes?
@adam That sounds fairly accurate for these. We do currently have 25 total on backorder between SW and AM, so we will want to take that into consideration for total amounts to cover.

@adam it looks like the backorders have already been filled, and the 39 are all good. I am on board with 30 on the Aleph1 warehouse as well.

I like HE for consistency since the Mini 2 standard tool head is the SE, and then shifting the focus of the HS and HS+ as @gyukish suggested.

I do not think we need to have this enclosure for Quiver. Given the price point of Quiver, I think people will prefer the more professional look and feel of other enclosures to this, as well as that it sounds like it may be a hassle to redesign the attachment

I am with @gyukish that we do need to identify / label tubes, as we are known for our ease of use and the "we thought of everything" aspect of our products. I think many people would be alright with the clear documentation, but there will be a fair amount that are still confused, and having labels clearly on the feed tubes will assist with it.

For release of this and future tool heads / accessories (thinking of the adapter for Aero v2 line), we will need the following information to provide to resellers as soon as possible.
@adam, no preorders have been officially discussed, determined or offered to resellers at this time. The "preorder" @Dante mentioned is expressed interest from a reseller based on a customer from SIGGRAPH, but not agreed upon for delivery by release date.
@Dante thank you for that update on requests for pre-order. The plan is to start getting them information in a reseller newsletter next week, based on what is available, and additional info can follow as we get it.

@DRobertson - All of these are good, what about also putting compatibility with machines / adapter needed info on this sheet? I think of this as an expansion on what will be on the webpage and packaging, to get people more info to make a decision

I agree and approve overall, but also see where @eBeardslee is coming from with the two sides to the delayed release of this product and effect on the tool head sales.

I can't say that I have had too much feedback on packaging that would warrant a change more than necessary for the printer updates. Mostly we hear that our packaging is awesome, until we hear from the people whose box arrived looking like it was hit by a freight train.

I'm on board with moving forward as-is and answering questions here. I agree with @kent and @benmalouf that this is a new and different product, but that it also makes sense to not force a brand name change at this point. I think a standard tool head and one other (TBD what that may be) to enhance the user experience. Perhaps even the second tool head has an option aspect, where the user chooses which second tool head they prefer for their application. I would like to see us use more modularity to package and ship the printer as suggested previously; I think this will be expected for a larger, more industrial printer, and will not limit us to the maximum package size for shipping as well as making repairs and warranty easier to execute.
