Here are the stls and the gcode I created to print with.
I was getting some over-squished parts yesterday. Today I can't get the plaques to print acceptably at all. I will follow up with @jperry on continuing to seek out other options. At the moment I have a handful that could be considered passing, but not nearly enough to feed production next week.

changing to won't fix since this change is not applicable to redgum.
not auto calibration, but the manual calibration done by our production: they set the z-offset on each printer by tuning manually. That is saved and included with the printer with the paperwork in the even it is wiped on a new firmware flash. Unless this is not the case....
-1.2 seems to be working as a jumping off point and z-offset is taken care of as part of calibration.

Since this is also in .144 (and presumably in all later versions) can we close this ticket as resolved?

@Heather can you set up routing for DC-MS0092, DC-MS0093, and DC-MS0094? We will have to print these in house for the first machines. Who would be the best person to do that?

pushed updated BOM to branch
the BOM needs to be pushed with the corrected BOMs as well. I made the changes in OCA and archived them so the BOM is still not showing the new parts. I will push that in a moment.
@logan this must be why we review, because I thought that was already in there.
since we aren't changing the size of the braided loom, this is ready to be merged to master.
please see T7258. Customers will need an adapter mount, a jumper cable, and a new E2 harness. I will get a KT number set up and will look at pricing.

@Bobby4wd if your tool head is no longer clogged, can you try the change filament option in the LCD? If that works, please close this ticket as resolved once you have a picture of your print.
@nathan can you try the change filament option in the LCD? Also please verify that Movement>Auto-Calibrate is no longer in the menu. After you do that (and post a pic of a print) I think you are good to close this as resolved.
I ran a quick test print yesterday and the new mount and routing piece keep the cable completely out of the way. Please excuse the blurriness of the one photo and the print quality issues.
Please merge to master - already being rolled out on the line.

CO0054 and CO0055 have been completed - replacing the blue-dyed hardware in the tool head with stainless steel. Do we need this change on the workhorse as well?
I'm almost finished with a full height print using a HS+ to speed it up. so far I'm higher than @bigmansas was and no issues yet.
@Shawn Steven is going to take that rambo over to Rockies to have R&D take a look at it.

@Heather the AS-PR0162 bom has been updated to use the subassembly based on the post above. We need to make sure that AS-PR0169 is set up correctly to be built in electromech and used in electromech.
@logan FYI it took me less than 5 minutes to swap the x cover
Rather than test by running 60+ hour prints, I have mocked up a really quick thin wall that I'm placing at the back of the build plate with a z wobble test tower at the front center. At high speed it's estimating 9 hours.
I'm having 10x of the new X covers inserted now. the other pieces should be printed in the next hour or so. I will be distributing the new covers for replacing and testing.
We need to leave it for now. David is going to the other building to confer with Lupe and Dylan on the actual physical process for this. Once he gets back to me we will know for sure if we need this subassembly. If we do not need the subassembly, we will archive it.
@Heather my understanding from my conversation with @david.hall was that since these were going directly in the control box that we wouldn't need the subassembly. I think @david.hall has the final call here. If he wants the subassembly so his people can build ahead I can switch the BOM back.
I have updated the AS-PR0162 BOM to remove AS-PR0169 and added the raw parts (PP-GP0463, PP-GP0464, and EL-MS0235)

You can't for LRS, but they will need to package it for an RMA anyway if you are going to ship it to a customer.

at 15 min per swap we are looking at 13 hours of work.
@tutley right now I think we are sitting at 52 control boxes/printers to rework. 33 in production and 19 as control boxes.
BOMs are updated and archived and are ready to set to active as soon as we have printed parts.
Tested HS+ on 220.127.116.11
- Wipe location perfectly centered
- Probing hit all washers with full nozzle tip
- nozzle cools
- bed cools
- bed comes forward
- see pictures below
- LCD display text was correct
After discussing with @cmerot and @logan we are going to roll these into production as soon as we have parts printed. The amount of time necessary to rework these printers is significant and will reduce the number of printers we will be able to produce.
We can include the mount and fuses in the tool kit on the printers that don't get it installed.
There's a bit of stringing and a couple small voids (looks like z seam start and end points)
Standard HE tool head looks good. Display shows what it should, probing and wiping are dead on, no gotchas with temperature or filament changes, and splash screen looks good.
@logan to my knowledge production has already begun. This is a question of whether or not we ship out printers without the printed part change. I think moving the cable clip can be done in cal for all the ones not already moved and that is easy to address. Reworking the x carriage with the new part is a heavier lift and, as you mentioned, we have little testing.
@david.hall we need to purge any black PP-GP0463 that we already printed. These need to be LB green.
