@adam Routes should be fine.
@jessica buffers have been deleted
@jessica the buffers have been deleted.

Everything has been added, BOM still needs to be added for PP-GP0354 and 0355. RM-AB0140 has been requested, PC-CN0099 will be requested as soon as the lead time and package quantity is updated.
@adam I'll get routes and buffers added. Also, I handle placing purchase requests for backstock so I'll make sure the buffer is up to date and get another order placed for the PC-CN0099s.

@adam Do you know if the PP-GP0354 and 0355 have been approved for cluster production?

Right now the MOAR and SOMEMOAR tool heads have the same part number (PP-IS0069) in them. I don't know if that adds up to the "banded" and "dingy".

Are we replacing the old opah parts with this new color too?
Ok, how about the PP-GP0345s?
Yes, I already saw those on the bom. All routes and buffers have been set up. Are we good to order the stickers? Have the PP-GP0345's been tested and ready for production?
Should PP-IS0057 be on the BOM as well? It is labeled as Blower shroud w/inserts, Mini 2.
PP-IS0070 is also missing from the BOM, PP-IS0074 is though. You have two parts set up with the same description. Please verify which one we are going to use and archive the other.
AS-TH0070 isn't on the BOM, AS-TH0069 is though. You have two parts set up with the same description. Please verify which one we are going to use and archive the other.

all routes and Boms have been set up.

Routes and buffers have been created.

Can you please add the retail kit part number and I'll start working on that. Thanks! @adam

I would say that we should have manufacturing build these, especially so we have a chance to make sure everything is routing correctly once the routes are set up.

There is no BOM set up for this part yet. Please set that up and i can do the routes and buffers. Thanks!

@nickp The AS-CB0013 wasn't removed from the BOM. The heater cartridge is already assembled on the AS-HE0023 which is already on the BOM. Please remove the AS-CB0013. Thanks!

Routes and buffers have been added and MO's have been created.
Please add the part number and then reassign to me. Thanks!

The following changes need to be made on both KT-HE0004 and KT-HE0005. You might also change the description to include "Left" and "Right" instead of E1(left) and E2(right).
Also AS-CB0010 and AS-CB0014 were used on the Moarstruder, are we sure we want to include them on a kit for a duel v3 replacement part? They aren't used anywhere on the Duel.
@nickp Should the AS-CB0013 be included in both the KT-HE0004 and 0005? There is already a heater cartridge included and pinned in the AS-HE0024. (All of our newer hot ends come pre assembled now)
Just my two cents, I don't think anyone, including the end user is going to care what shade of green our boxes has. In the past, packaging personnel have pulled out any that look "off" they then go through MER and usually back to the manufacturer. We would have to cut off the banding and wrapping/cardboard to "QC" them when they arrive and then re-band them. That is asking for a lot of possible damage. I think it would be best to have production continue to pull out undesirable ones, give them a "gauge" and if they fall outside of that range have them go through MER like any other non conforming part.
Please attach the part number.
Nick, can you please attach the part number?

There is still a project open that needs to be confirmed so we can swap/update on hand inventory from the old to the new part number as well. We also need a project started to fix the Taz belt description.

@kent What part number are we talking about? Are these the Z carriage Idler AS-PR0019? If so we have been steadily receiving these and if they changed back in December, we have been using that newest model for quite a while now. The oldest stock I have on hand for these were made back on 3/30/18.

@logan I never received a list from anyone, however I believe we have a pretty good handle on the purging situation. We have already gone through and taken out the majority of older parts. The only parts I believe that are left are parts that are still used on Taz 6.
