I've created the following parts:
I have created part HD-BT0255 for this.
Aug 6 2019
I've attached the UPC Code list to this ticket.
Aug 5 2019
The drawing has been updated for AS-CB0075 but has not been signed off on yet.
Aug 2 2019
I've created part HD-CB0001 for the base unit we order from Igus. These come with 100 total links in the chain. I've also created KT-HR0008 for the kit. Let me know if you would like to see any changes.
I've updated part PP-MP0205 to have CC-AO-TITAN-GEAR-SMALL-300 and PP-MP0282 to have CC-AO-TITAN-GEAR-SMALL-250. I also updated PP-MP0282 to have the link to the parent directory. The link is https://devel.lulzbot.com/TAZ/accessories/yellowfin/production_parts/machined_parts/pinion/.

Here is the drawing.

One helpful tool I use is findchips.com. Just type in the manufacturers part number and it will give you a list of vendors.
Jul 29 2019
I have reached out to Fenner Drives to get this info.
Jul 26 2019
The stock buffers have been created for Retail and the 4 Ship Wire locations. Let me know if you have any questions.
Jul 25 2019
I've setup 5 buffer stock locations and set the lead time at 21 days. Please let me know the actual lead time so I can update the buffers with accurate information.
Jul 24 2019
I have sent quote requests to both Preferred Packaging as well as UPC. I will update this ticket with the quotes.
Jul 22 2019
The files have been sent. I've contacted Epocs again to verify they have received the updated drawings.
Yes we should be good to close this out.
Jul 17 2019
The file path is below. I've also logged this path in the product card for part PP-MP0282.
Jul 16 2019
I've created the following part numbers for the stainless steel hardware.
Below is the update PMM sent me yesterday. The covers are done but they had an over spray issue on the chassis,
Jul 15 2019
I'd prefer to have the Rev letter in the actual file name. We have instances in the past were the file name had a different rev letter than the file and this caused some confusion for our vendors.
Jul 12 2019
@DaniAO I have not ordered any samples yet. Stainless steel versions are 2 week lead time from Hardware Specialty and 1 day from Mcmaster-Carr.
Here are the updated quotes for the Blue-Dyed version of the hardware. Lead times on these parts is 5 weeks. Total cost of the Blue-Dyed parts is $4.96 while stainless steel total cost is $1.076.
Jul 10 2019
I found the following items through McMaster-Carr. I'm having Hardware Specialties quote both stainless steel and blue-dyed versions.
I notified Preferred Packaging and sent them the new files located at home/aleph/shared-j/Documents/Creative/Print/Packaging/Quiver_Box/Ready/
Below is the response from EIM. We need to decide on whether we want a tamper-evident label or if the chemical resistant label as it is one or the other at this point. I can also look for some other suppliers in the meantime.
Jul 9 2019
I created a change order under T8547
Jul 8 2019
We currently have an FA order on hold with Epocs awaiting some drawing updates. Once Kent updates the drawings for the other two items I will reload the repo and make sure Epocs has the most recent revs. of each part.
The new part PP-MP0282 is for the V3 version only
Jul 5 2019
I've created part PP-MP0282: E3D, V3 Aero Steel Pinion Gear w/ Set Screw. We will need to update AS-TH0055 BOM to have this part instead of the PP-MP0205.
Jul 3 2019
It is usually 8-12 weeks from Tempco.
I created the following parts
I have 15 units on order with Epocs with a delivery date of 7/21. They did find two issues with our drawings that Kent is working on and said he will have completed by the end of the week. I also touched base with PMM on getting some of our FA metal reworked. Maureen at PMM said these RMA's are 4-5 days out.
Yes we have the new version on order and will have some delivered later this month.
Jul 2 2019
I got a hold of PMM and it looks like the initial run was rejected by their QC due to overspray on the inside of the chassis. They currently have more in process and they said they are 8 working days out.
PMM said they were going to deliver this week but they haven't confirmed yet. I will call them today.
Jul 1 2019
I made the following parts. We still need to update the UPC codes as well as the sales price.
I ordered 750 of the new label on PO32228. I've also requested @tomc to scrap the old labels and adjust them out of inventory.
Jun 28 2019
Dave can you provide me the file pathway and I'll update the product card?
I created TL-HD0573: 8mm, Ratcheting Combination Wrench
I created part (HD-BT0250: M5 x 0.8mm Thread, 10mm Long Flanged Hex Head Screw) for the Hex Head Screw. Let me know if you need anything else.
Jun 27 2019
I sent an email to Weiser for these 3 NCMR's. I copied both Justin and Sheryl on that email.
Jun 26 2019
This is the wrench that was originally sourced with the part. Cost is $10.00.
Ok. If you need any help just let me know.
Attached is the quote from Hardware Specialty. These parts went down to $0.09 from $0.1059.
I'm finding a total of 53 parts that need to be changed from Redgum to Workhorse. I will get started on them.
Jun 24 2019
I'm not entirely sure what has and hasn't been communicated yet. I have contact E3D about this and requested a drawing. Sam from E3D provided their drawing which was passed along to the appropriate parties at Aleph. I haven't heard anything after that.

Kingston will only do custom branding up to a total of 150 units. Anything over that quantity they do not do custom branding and we would need to order from a distributor for any quantities greater than 150 branded/ unbranded. The USB starts at $4.99 before any branding and I'm sure the cost would be higher than if we did it in house. I got a quote from Sticker Giant and each label would be $0.176.
We received back this RMA for 199 units. Brain has moved them to dock receiving and they will go back to QC.
Jun 18 2019
I emailed Kingston to get volume pricing on 500 and 1000 pcs as well as the lead time. Kingston only offers limited custom runs of these up to 150 units. Anything outside of of those quantities they do not do any custom logos. Dani G and I decided to source a label from My Asset Tag that we can place on the side of the USB. I will create a part number and get some samples on order.
I will delete EL-MS0562
I created EL-MS0562: Kingston, 16GB, USB 2.0 Flash Drive
We have 662 on hand of the EL-MS0543 and were purchased at $3.83. The new version from Kingston is 4.99 and we only quoted up to 150 units. I emailed them for a new quoter and lead time.
I emailed PMM. We were on credit hold with them but these are past due.
I created 6 reordering rules for this part.
I created the following parts. Have we received a quote back on these parts?
Reordering rules were setup for AM/ Retail and back stock
I placed a MO for 25 pcs for AM/ Retail
Jun 13 2019
Hey Kent. Epocs knows they missed these graphics. We told them we would complete the functional test and then they would take back the parts to add the graphics. If these parts are ready to go, I'll get them back to Epocs to be finished.
Quattro said they would only take a day. He should receive them tomorrow by end of day.
199 units were returned to me from McCloud in ToolHead. We are sending these units back to Quattro to be repaired on 6/13.
Here you go Tyler!
Jun 7 2019
I think making some sort of a kanban system for these parts would be ideal.
Jun 6 2019
I created the following parts
Both harnesses have been archived.
Jun 4 2019
The buffers for KT-HB0013 we archived/inactivated when we moved to the new version. These parts won't show up in stock buffer planning if they are archived. We already have a replacement for these AS-HB0006 that we have been using. These MO's are to consume what remaining inventory of the old version.
I reactivated the retail buffer for KT-HB0013 and requested procurement. I also requested 16 units of KT-HB0011.
May 29 2019
Which part were the paint identifiers on? FP0135 or FP0162?
May 23 2019
I created part SH-PA0067: Redgum, Print Head Stabilizer Foam, 1.7# Density Polyethylene Foam, Black.
Do we have a drawing ready for this so I can quote it?
They should have the new labels on them.
We have 570 reels coming to Chicago and 30 reels to London. This isn't the first order of this material we have ordered/ received. As far as I know all they are doing is changing the name from PC-Max to PolyMax PC.
May 21 2019
I contacted Kingston with this request and copied Kent on the email.
May 20 2019
I created the following parts:
May 16 2019
We will be getting in a total of 650 TAZ 6 Chassis w/ Redgum graphics. We received 239 yesterday. The part number is PP-FP0172
May 15 2019
Procurement request was issued for 25 units.
Updates RoHS for hardware from Hardware Specialty.
May 14 2019
DC-LB0175 and DC-LB0176
all buffers/ reordering rules have been created for these 3 items.
all buffers/ reordering rules have been setup.
The Stock Buffer/ Reordering Rules have been setup for this product.
I had a typo. It is under PO31775.
May 13 2019
I placed PO31755 for 100 pcs.
May 10 2019
The last time we received first articles they were perfectly fine. I do feel comfortable placing a production order now.
May 7 2019
I pulled the drawing from the digi-key website off of the link you provided. Hardware Specialty is a licensed distributor of RAF products so this was an easy find for them. Their cost is half of what Digi-Key is charging.
