Thank you! Have made a note on the Mini 2 product page about this.. will close this one down.
The LCD model's on the product page, we can add Mini 2 compatibility to the product page when desired.

@DaniAO Ben is out today, but he gave me verbal approval at the end of the day Friday. Please proceed.

Final proof for approval:
sounds good. yes, redirect has been made.
Only thing I might change, for consistency's sake is that we have a period before the first URL and no punctuation on the second. Maybe just add the word "at" in the first instance and drop the period?
@mcoronado I Like it!!
Please see v2 proof for approval:

Yes, the verbiage works for me.

Just a suggestion but what if it read something along the lines of:
Feb 22 2018
Only problem is how would they know what warranty they have? Should we add a URL to the warranties page?
@mcoronado I think that would allow us to get away with one card for ALL the things.
Feb 21 2018
Maybe: "This accessory is covered by a limited warranty and customer support period." ?
I believe the reason why "accessories" was left at 30 days was for all of the replacement parts we offer, that customers need to install themselves. I am all for re-addressing this, just not sure how quickly we could get the legal side covered.
Ah right. OK. We didn't have any accessories at the time, so IMO this should be reconsidered. All of the same rationale for extending the tool head warranty would apply to the Modular Beds and the Mini LCD.
We also have the yellow firmware/ cura card. Is that something we need to keep or can we stick with the above card?
New proof w/o firmware link. Please let me know if we can use 90-day warranty on accessory products or if a 2nd card is needed:
Argh, really? Where/when was that decided? Seems to me like the rationale for 90-day warranties on tool heads applies to accessories as well.
@mcoronado Only catch is only tool heads come with 90 day warranty and accessories are 30.

@DaniAO I'll provide a link to the final art upon approval. Thx!
Will do! Once artwork is updated, we can get these ordered and will create the DCR/DCO to get those added/updated.
Ah, OK. We will want to add them to the Aerostruder boxes, please. IMO, the cards should go in:
The V2 Congratulations card is DC-MS0060, and after a quick search, those are being used on the TAZ and Mini Flexystruders, Dual V2 and V3, Flexydually and the MOARsturder BoM's. I apologize, I misspoke on those cards. We are putting them in the boxes. Just not the standard tool heads or new Aerostruders.
@benmalouf oooooooh ok I didn't notice earlier that we are pointing them to that project set specifically. In this case, I don't see any issues with pointing people towards the OHAI @tutley since it is pretty explicit about how to upgrade the firmware using Cura in each installation instruction project.
This is where we send people who buy tool heads and accessories: https://ohai.lulzbot.com/group/accessories/ Each individual OHAI should have instructions about firmware flashing through Cura per product.
@DaniAO That's the plan, but I found out yesterday that we haven't even been not including the more branded postcard in many of the tool head boxes, so no matter where we land on verbiage, we will want to double check the BOMs for all tool heads and accessories.
@mcoronado Instead of tool head, could that be changed to accessory? Then this one card would cover all tool heads, Modular Bed systems, and LCD currently. It would also cover any other accessory we come out with later.
@tutley To be clear, the customer facing OHAIs produced by the Marketing Department have been where we point people for tool head installation for the last couple of years at least. These particular OHAIs are meant to be customer facing and are well-reviewed for accuracy and ease of use. Basically, any of the OHAIs with a white background are intended to be used by users. The question is not whether or not we want to keep doing that because the alternative is either printed instructions or building out a new section of guides on LulzBot.com.
Feb 20 2018
@DaniAO im a little hesitant to just point customers to the OHAI, the reasoning is because some of the OHAI kits in the past were wrong or just really poorly put together. It has been getting a lot better over the last 2 years or so, but saying refer to "OHAI for instructions" will require the OHAI to be very well maintained and accurate. @kent what is your input on this? I think we can still reference the OHAI on the card, but not have it be the only direction. Just my thoughts
Please review these for approval:
@DaniAO I realized/remembered in talking to MC this morning that we have two different cards. One is a more positive brand-forward postcard that points them to OHAI and reminds them of their warranty. The other is the firmware warning card on bright green stock that was added after to really drive the firmware point home (again, I think, because of potential for burning out a fan on the v2 tool heads).
Bringing R&D into the discussion.
Feb 15 2018
@mcoronado Let's make sure to discuss this early next week. I think, and would like to confirm with R&D/MER that failure to update firmware is much less likely to destroy anything anymore.
It was also brought to our attention that there isn't a card that is sent out with the Modular bed system that points to install directions. This card wouldn't really work for those as firmware doesn't need to be updated for those to be installed.
Feb 13 2018
@DaniAO Yeah, that makes sense to me. Text could say can "damage your 3D printer or this accessory."
