the current design is using an extended tip setscrew to allow proper adjustment to mate with the magnet
the magnets @west sourced will work well
we are using a 9mm GT2 belt
we have a 3 point leveling system incorporated into the bottom plate
the current design is using dowel pins to locate the linear rails
I think tc_receiver PP-MP0209 was meant to be 309. PP-MP0209 is a servo gear. @sarahv can you update that?
I think due to the belt path almost rubbing the standoff, we should stick with e3d's custom standoffs

This is the current design that also houses the z endstop switch. Our fallback will be just a little adapter piece that mounts to the endstop holes on the toolchanger

@sarahv bottom plate is a sheet metal part not a machined part. can we get an updated part number with the correct prefix? PP-FP instead of PP-MP
Also window cover top is not a machined part, it is a formed plastic part so i don't know if it needs a different prefix than PP-MP, and can we update the name for "endstop bump" to "xy endstop bump"

Between the belleville washers and the changes to plate thicknesses to have 10x the stiffness in the gantry plate vs base plate, this is resolved
Samples have been received. Moving this over to Gate 2 as work still needs to be done, but the Gate 1 work is complete
Epocs loved what we showed them with only minor feedback that has been taken into consideration and applied where applicable.

@karrad I cant see any that would conflict with existing parts at first glance, but cant spot many of these in the assembly so I don't actually know what they are and where they are located.
Maybe clarify what "lock" is?
