On Windows 10, the scripts are located in the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Cura2 2.6\plugins\PostProcessingPlugin\scripts
For MAC and WIN platforms you'll need to find where are the logs stored first.
The location of Cura2 user folders is printed when the cura starts (in the logs) For linux it's:

P.S. My "I", of course, hopefully refers to the user population in general. This is a missing "feature" that isn't carried over from Cura to Cura 2.
Extensions -> Post Processing -> Modify gcode does indeed get me to the "default" scripts, but I can't find the "Open plugin location" button from Cura 21.04 that would open a folder where I could drop in a user-written script. I'd really like to see that button return so I can easily add my own script, but if a button isn't in the cards, then at least tell me where the folder is located on my system.
@b-morgan What you are most likely looking for is post processing scripts. These align most closely with the Cura 1 plug ins.
